K\u00fdm v roku 2024 reportovali\u00a0<\/span>prijat\u00e9\u00a0<\/span>podnety len\u00a0<\/span>\u0161tyri<\/span>\u00a0org\u00e1ny,\u00a0<\/span>minul\u00fd rok<\/span>\u00a0ich bolo 11<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0\u010do predstavuje 39 % zo sledovan\u00fdch \u00fastredn\u00fdch\u00a0<\/span>org\u00e1nov.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Celkov\u00fd po\u010det podnetov zaznamenan\u00fdch cez vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my oznamovania dosiahol 62, oproti 24 v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facom roku.\u00a0<\/span>Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u017ee nie ka\u017ed\u00fd prijat\u00fd podnet je v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku vyhodnoten\u00fd ako ozn\u00e1menie<\/span>\u00a0o nekalej \u010dinnosti<\/span>, ktor\u00e9\u00a0<\/span>s<\/span>p\u013a<\/span>\u0148<\/span>a v\u0161etky podmienky z\u00e1kona<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>Tak to bolo aj v pr\u00edpade podnetov na \u00fastredn\u00fdch org\u00e1noch \u0161t\u00e1tnej spr\u00e1vy, ke\u010f po vyhodnoten\u00ed evidovali 12 ozn\u00e1men\u00ed<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t U<\/span>\u017e len samotn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvanie vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu oznamovania v organiz\u00e1cii je\u00a0<\/span>v\u0161ak\u00a0<\/span>znakom toho, \u017ee\u00a0<\/span>zamestnanci o \u0148om vedia a maj\u00fa vo\u010di nemu d\u00f4veru<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Je pozit\u00edvne, \u017ee d\u00e1ta z n\u00e1\u0161ho prieskumu ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee intern\u00e9 oznamovanie postupne nach\u00e1dza svoje miesto v praxi.
